Refund Policy for Downloadable Resources
At HERSA, we strive to provide high-quality downloadable resources that meet your needs. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have established the following refund policy for our downloadable resources.
1. No Refunds on Downloadable Resources
Once a downloadable resource has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way physical products can, and once the download has been completed, the product is considered "used."
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We do understand that issues can arise. In the event of the following exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund or replacement:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the downloadable resource, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same downloadable resource more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
- Incorrect Download: If you receive the wrong file or a corrupted file, we will provide you with the correct file or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
